Ich bin in Sri Lanka geboren und aufgewachsen, bevor ich vor über 25 Jahren nach Deutschland kam. Ich habe meine Ausbildung zum Hotelmanager in München abgeschlossen und arbeite seitdem in der Hotellerie, unter anderem am malerischen Bodensee. Meine tief verwurzelte Leidenschaft für meine Heimat teile ich auch in authentischen Ayurveda-Kochkursen, in denen ich mein Wissen über die traditionellen Heilkünste Sri Lankas weitergebe.
