I was born and raised in Sri Lanka before coming to Germany over 25 years ago. I completed my training as a hotel manager in Munich and have been working in the hotel industry ever since, including on the picturesque Lake Constance. I also share my deep-rooted passion for my homeland in authentic Ayurvedic cooking classes, where I share knowledge of Sri Lanka’s traditional healing arts.
